PLEASE NOTE THAT RESERVATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 5:00PM EST MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND/OR HOLIDAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR SAME DAY ARRIVAL.
Full payment for room and tax will be charged directly to the credit card given at time of booking. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree and authorize The Florida Vacation Store to charge your credit card for the full amount of your booking. You agree to waive any charge back rights. The credit card holder must be one of the passengers. Any other person or entity (including a travel agent) that receives monies from participant does so strictly as an agent of the participant. Tender of payments to The Florida Store Vacation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Packages require full payment.

Any reservations of less than 5 nights are subject to a $35 cleaning fee.
Tax and cleaning fee is also due at time of booking and will be charged to the credit card provided when making the reservation.
Guest must be at least 21 years of age at time of check in.

Cancellation must be done in writing 8 days prior to arrival and will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Any reservation made 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to 1 night room and tax. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit all monies paid.
No shows will be responsible for the full accommodation and tax.
Special requests are noted but not guaranteed.
