PLEASE NOTE THAT RESERVATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 5:00PM EST MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND/OR HOLIDAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR SAME DAY ARRIVAL.

All reservations room and tax must be paid in full at time of booking.
Rates are per night and do not include current applicable tax, currently 12.5%.

Guest must be at least 21 years of age at time of check in.
All guests are required to submit a major credit card at time of check in for a valid security deposit.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing 48 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellations occurring within 2 days on the day of check in are subject to a cancellation penalty. This includes a 1 night room charge plus taxes.
No Shows will also forfeit one night room and tax.
Rates are not valid for groups.
Special request are noted but not guaranteed.

Check out time is 11:00am

As of January 1, 2009, there is a $11.00 per room per day, plus tax, hotel service fee which includes high speed internet, self parking, coffee for your room replenished daily, daily newspaper, and 2 bottles of water upon arrival in your room. Service Fee for 2008 is $7.50 per room per night plus tax.
