The executive level Disney area vacation homes provide superb comfort and style with upgraded furnishings and entertainment.  The executive level vacation home will satisfy the well traveled guest’s taste and expectations.

Standard amenities include towels, bed sheets, linens, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, washer and dryer, and a pull out sofa. The master bedroom features either a King or Queen bed and its own private bathroom, often with garden tub. The 2^nd bedroom features either a double bed or a set of twins; the 3^rd bedroom has a set of twins.

Relax in your own private pool in your Orlando rental home after a hectic day at the theme parks or on the golf course or in the fabulous shopping malls. Let the kids watch TV or a movie, make popcorn and just have fun hanging out in their own space. This is what a vacation SHOULD be like!

Terms & Conditions

RESERVATIONS: All requests are subject to availability at time of payment. Certain bookings may have advance purchase restrictions.

PAYMENTS: Full payment will be charged directly to the credit card given at time of booking. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree and authorize The Florida Vacation Store to charge your credit card for the full amount of your booking. You agree to waive any charge back rights. The credit card holder must be one of the passengers. Any other person or entity (including a travel agent) that receives monies from participant does so strictly as an agent of the participant. Tender of payments to The Florida Store Vacation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Packages require full payment at time of booking. ” packages will follow the payment schedule below: 

PACKAGE PRICE/SURCHARGES: The Florida Store Vacation Rentals reserves the right to re-invoice participant(s) in case of error made in computing our tour prices. All prices quoted are based on and rates (including hotel prices) that are in effect at the time of request and are subject to change without notice.

 Reservations and package require full payment at the time of booking and after confirmation of services and packages are non-refundable.

Package price does not include anything in tour features, meals and beverages not mentioned,  extra charges for house request of extra nights occupancy before or after normal check-in /out times, tips, laundry charges, room service charges, and items of a personal nature.

Group Bookings

Please note that all homes are privately owned and we cannot guarantee group bookings or multiple home bookings next door to each other or in the same community. Pool Heaters and Spa
Pool homes do not share access to community pool. Please be advised that pool heating and spas are optional and subject to availability. The request must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Not all homes are equipped with pool heaters nor have spas or are pet friendly. Some of our homes are equipped with gas heaters and others with electric heaters. Electric heaters take much longer to reach the desire temperature than a gas heater. The daily fee for an electric heater is $25 plus tax and $45 for a gas heater. Request for heaters have a minimum of 3 nights or more. 

Property Protection Fee (PP Fee) – Florida Vacation Rental Home
All reservations are subject to a $50.00 Property Protection fee. The Property Protection Fee is a damage waiver that covers up to $500 for accidental or inadvertent damage while in your Florida rental home. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs. This $50 fee must be paid PRIOR to arrival.

If you do not wish to pay the Property Protection Fee, you must still provide a valid credit card with all details on the following page. We will place a hold of $500 on this card for the duration of your stay. We will release this hold as soon as we receive confirmation from the inspection crew that there are no extra charges to be made.

The Florida rental home will be inspected after departure and any damages or additional cleaning required will be reported to us within 48 hours. We will then contact you to inform you of any additional charges that may arise as a result of the inspection of the vacation home. Registration is not complete until one of the above options have been chosen and initialed.

Cancellation Policy – Florida Vacation Rental Home

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to reservations@floridastore.us.
• Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged a $50 processing fee.
• Reservations cancelled less than 30 days but 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 1 night, plus tax, and a $50 processing fee.
• Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival are not refundable.

Your Florida Vacation Home Rental Reservation
At least one adult age 21 or over must be listed on the reservation form and occupy the assigned vacation home. We will not accept bookings from persons under the age of 21. The number of people occupying the Florida Rental Home must not exceed the maximum occupancy level of the home. The Florida Store Vacation Rentals, Inc reserves the right to terminate occupancy without notice or refund in the case of breach of these conditions. Once a booking has been made, the guest agrees to abide by the house, community, and local legislation rules. This applies to all Florida rental homes, Orlando vacation homes, Disney area vacation rentals, Kissimmee vacation rental homes and any other Florida rental homes booked through The Florida Store Vacation Rentals, Inc.

No Show/Early Departures – Florida Vacation Rental Home
No refund of any kind will be made if guest fails to show for scheduled vacation or for early departures from a Disney area vacation rental home or any other Florida rental home booked through the Florida Store.

Check In/Out – Florida Vacation Rental Home
Check in time for all Orlando vacation rentals is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. A late checkout may be requested for an additional $75.00. Late check out is subject to availability and should be requested at the time of reservation. Guests that do not check out at the scheduled check out time will be charged additional fees that may include an additional nights rent and a $50 administration fee.

Arrival Instructions – Florida Vacation Rental Home
Guests must call 1-800-995-9321 or 407-846-1722 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to complete the guest registration form to receive lockbox information and directions to the vacation home. Guests will not be able to check-in without completing the guest registration form prior to arrival.

Changes in Reservations – Florida Vacation Rental Home
Prior to your arrival only, changes may be made subject to availability and applicable rates. Changes are subject to a $25 change fee.

Housekeeping Fees
Reservations for 2, 3 or 4 nights are subject to a housekeeping fee. Reservations for 5 nights or more have this fee waived. This fee is based on the size of the home reserved: 

3 Bedroom Orlando/Kissimmee/Disney Area vacation home = $80

4 Bedroom Orlando/Kissimmee/Disney Area vacation home = $85

5 Bedroom Orlando/Kissimmee/Disney Area vacation home = $95

6 Bedroom Orlando/Kissimmee/Disney Area vacation home = $105

7 Bedroom Orlando/Kissimmee/Disney Area vacation home = $125 

This fee is due PRIOR to arrival.
 

**Maximum Occupancy is based on homes with sleeper sofas. Not all homes have sleeper sofas.  Sleeper Sofa must be requested at time of booking if one is needed.

Taxes
Please note that all rates and fees are subject to local taxes of 13%. 

Liability
The guest agrees to hold harmless The Florida Store Vacation Rentals, Inc/floridastorevacationrentals.com, floridastore.us and or any associates, affiliates or partners from suit or claims of any kind in reference to damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed personal belongings. The guest also agrees to hold harmless The Florida Store Vacation Rentals, Inc./floridastorevacationrentals.com, floridastore.us and or any associates, affiliates or partners from suits or claims of any kind in reference to any and all liabilities due to injuries to occupants, family members, or guests occurring on or about the premises of any Florida rental homes and from any disruption to their vacation through “acts-of-God”, force majeure, i.e. civil disturbance, strikes, industrial action, closure of airport, weather conditions or similar events beyond our control, failure of public services such as water, electric, air conditioning, nor for the consequences of the action or omission of persons who may control supply of the main services nor any action taken in the vicinity of the Florida vacation home property by any authority over which there is no control. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL GUESTS PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE ALSO COVERING PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
The Florida Store Vacation Rentals will not be responsible in any way for loss, damage, or injury to any person/persons or belongings as a result of swimming pool use or any other equipment found in or on the Florida vacation rental home property.
