Your Vacation Home Reservation

At least one adult age 21 or over must be listed on the reservation form and occupy the assigned Florida rental home. We will not accept bookings from persons under the age of 21. The number of people occupying the property must not exceed themaximum occupancy level of the rental home. The Florida Store Vacation Rentals, Inc reserves the right to terminate occupancy without notice or refund in the case of breach of these conditions. Once a booking has been made, the guest agrees to abide by the house, community, and local legislation rules. All rules apply to our homes which can be designated as one or more of the following; Orlando vacation rental home, Kissimmee vacation rental home, Orlando area rental home, Disney area vacation home, Orlando Florida rental home, Orlando vacation home, Orlando rental home.

Deposit and Balance Payments

The Florida Store charges the first nights rent and the PP Fee (see below) as your reservation deposit. These charges are applied to your rental cost and are non-refundable. A valid credit card is required as payment method for the reservation deposit. This will secure a Florida rental home for your reservation dates.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If payment in full has not been received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. If you are making a reservation within 30 days of arrival, the full balance is due at the time of reservation. This is to guarantee a Florida vacation rental home for your arrival.  Acceptable methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Balance payments may be made with business or personal checks and must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. All payments must be in US dollars.

Property Protection Fee (PP Fee)

All reservations are subject to a $65.00 Property Protection fee. The Property Protection Fee is a damage waiver that covers up to $500 for accidental or inadvertent damage in a vacation rental home. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs. This $65 fee must be paid PRIOR to arrival. The Florida rental home will be inspected after departure and any damages or additional cleaning required will be reported with in 24 hours. We will then contact you to inform you of any additional charges that may arise as a result of the inspection of the vacation home.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a refund of any pre-payment, minus the first night’s rent plus the PP Fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days, but more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive 50% of any pre-payment, minus the first night’s rent plus the PP Fee. No refund of any kind will be made for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival. All cancellations MUST be received in writing. This policy is required to protect the Florida rental home owners.

No Show/Early Departures

No refund of any kind will be made if guest fails to show for scheduled vacation or for early departures. This policy is required to protect the Florida vacation rental home owners.

Check In/Out

Check in time for all rental homes is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. A late checkout may be requested for an additional fee of $50.00. Late check out is subject to availability of the Florida rental home and should be requested at the time of reservation. Guests that do not check out at the scheduled check out time will be charged additional fees that may include an additional nights rent plus a $50 administration fee. The vacation homes are cleaned and sanitized after each guest and this requires several hours. We appreciate your assistance in allowing us to prepare the Florida vacation rental home for the next guest.

Arrival Instructions

All arrivals must check in and register at The Florida Store located at 17445 U.S. Highway 192, Summer Bay Shopping Center, Suite 13, Clermont, FL 34711. Please call 1-866-931-3173 for Sunday arrival instructions, or if arriving after 5 PM. This is where you will receive directions to your Florida Store vacation rental home.

Changes in Reservations

Prior to your arrival only, changes may be made subject to availability and applicable rates. Changes are subject to a $25 change fee.

Housekeeping Fees

Reservations for 2, 3 or 4 nights are subject to a housekeeping fee. Reservations for 5 nights or more have this fee waived. This fee is based on the size of the Florida vacation rental home reserved:

3 Bedroom = $80
4 Bedroom = $85
5 Bedroom = $95
6 Bedroom = $105
7 Bedroom = $125

This fee is due PRIOR to arrival.

Taxes

Please note that all rates and fees are subject to local taxes of 13%.

Liability

The guest agrees to hold harmless The Florida Store Vacation Rentals, Inc/floridastorevacationrentals.com, floridastore.us and or any associates, affiliates or partners from suit or claims of any kind in reference to damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed personal belongings. The guest also agrees to hold harmless The Florida Store Vacation Rentals, Inc./floridastorevacationrentals.com, floridastore.us and or any associates, affiliates or partners from suits or claims of any kind in reference to any and all liabilities due to injuries to occupants, family members, or guests occurring on or about the premises and from any disruption to their vacation through “acts-of-God”, force majeure, i.e. civil disturbance, strikes, industrial action, closure of airport, weather conditions or similar events beyond our control, failure of public services such as water, electric, air conditioning, nor for the consequences of the action or omission of persons who may control supply of the main services nor any action taken in the vicinity of the Florida Rental Home by any authority over which there is no control. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL GUESTS PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE ALSO COVERING PERSONAL BELONGINGS. The Florida Store Vacation Rentals will not be responsible in any way for loss, damage, or injury to any person/persons or belongings as a result of swimming pool use or any other equipment found in or on the premises of the Florida vacation rental home.
