• PLEASE NOTE THAT RESERVATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 5:00PM EST MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND/OR HOLIDAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR SAME DAY ARRIVAL.

 

• All reservations room and tax must be paid in full at time of booking.
• Rates are per night and do not include current applicable tax, currently 13%.

 

• Guest must be at least 21 years of age at time of check in.
• All guests are required to submit a major credit card at time of check in for a valid security deposit.
• Cancellation must be submitted in writing 4 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations occurring within 4 days on the day of check in are subject to a cancellation penalty. This includes a 1 night room charge plus taxes.
• No Shows will also forfeit one night room and tax.
• Rates are not valid for groups. 
• Special request are noted but not guaranteed.
• No pets allowed
• Check in time is 4:00pm
• Check out time is 11:00am
• The Hotel will charge $8.00 per day Resort Fee which includes complimentary parking, local calls, daily newspaper, etc.
